Why this?
Horses have always been a part of my life. I love riding and connecting with horses. My artistic side has also always been there. Photography, drawing, painting were thing I’d always do. Eventually I started collecting model horses and later I discovered that my passions were not at opposite ends of the spectrum. The model horse community is an exact mix of all the things I love! I began to customize my models, keener as the days went on to add more detail and bring them closer to reality. My model horses are what got me started with artistic photography, and to this day photographing models is one of my favorite things! This website is where I share my knowledge of horses, art, and photography to inspire and spread the beauty of horses.

Custom Schleich model horse to Cremello OOAK model horse custom
READ CAREFULLY!
This Schleich model horse has been completely hand-customized by myself to have a Cremello coat color. She is a completely original and one of a kind (OOAK) model horse. After going through the prepping stage, it was customized using acrylic paint and pastels, and was then sealed with matte varnish spray. The eyes, hooves, and nostrils of the horse have been glossed. My signature is painted on the belly of the horse (refer to picture). The horse is in 1:24 scale, the standard scale of Schleich horses. This model horse was painted with extreme care and detail however minor flaws may occur and show quality is not guaranteed.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Handle with care! This is a collector's item and was not intended for rough play. The model can be rinsed in water but it is NOT 100% waterproof and should not be left in water for long periods of time. Do not leave the model in extreme heat or cold.
